Honda WR-V launched in India at a starting price of Rs.7.75 lakh

Honda Cars India launched their much awaited cross over, Honda WR-V yesterday in India. The price ranges from Rs.7.75 lakh to Rs.8.89 lakh for petrol trim and Rs.8.99 lakh to Rs.9.99 lakh for Diesel trim (ex-showroom Delhi). Both the trims are available in two variants named S and VX.

The Honda WR-V which shares a common platform with Jazz and City boasts of few first in-segment features. The Petrol variants are powered by 1.2Lengines and the Diesel variants get 1.5L engines, both mated to manual transmission. Honda Cars India are very positive about their new launches as the New City facelift has already received an overwhelming response with 14000 bookings till date, out of which 40% opted for the top end variant.

Even though demonetisation shook the automobile industry initially, the market seems to be picking up slowly and steadily since February 2017.

Now, Honda is about to launch the same here in the country on March 16th, 2017. As WR-V rolls here, India will earn the name for being the first country to produce and launch it in the world. Previously named as the Jazz Twist, this crossover is based on the company’s best seller Honda Jazz but is slightly longer and taller than the latter.

Isuzu MU-X launched in India at a starting price of Rs.23.99 lakh

MU-X, A new SUV from Isuzu Motors India was launched in India on Thursday replacing the MU-7 from their Indian line-up. This robust utility vehicle comes in two variants- a 4x2 variant priced at Rs.23.99 lakh and 4x4 variant at Rs.25.99 lakh (Both Ex-showroom Delhi). The MU-X shares its platform with the new-generation D-Max and rivals against the likes of Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour. The MU-X had conquered the global market until March 2017 after which a facelifted version of the same was launched there. The facelift MU-X will reach India in another year or so, depending on how good the Indian markets welcome this model here.

2017 Maruti Dzire- Bookings open at Rs.11,000 token amount

Maruti Suzuki has geared up for the launch of its most popular sub compact sedan, the 2017 Dzire in India on May 16th. The company dealerships have officially started to accept bookings for the same at a token amount of Rs.11,000. There is also an option for customers who have already booked the outgoing model to upgrade it to the third generation Dzire.

Honda City Facelift to go on sale from February 14th

Honda lifts the veil off Mobilio facelift in Indonesia
